Yongzhen, Stephanie, and Alex attended the International HBV conference in Kobe, Japan this year. Yongzhen and Stephanie both gave oral presentations and Stephanie won the best oral presentation! Yongzhen presented his work on HBV infection of marmoset hepatocytes and Stephanie presented on overcoming the HBV restriction barrier in mice. A lot of sushi, ramen, and kobe beef was enjoyed along with all the interesting presentations and posters presented by other labs throughout the world!
