Serrano Ham leg imported directly from Spain... this is what we munched on at Andoni's house warming party! We had a blast figuring out how to correctly slice the ham and pair it with cheese and wine (but not Italian wine!). We enjoyed the Spanish feast that Andoni cooked for us to ring in his new apartment here in Princeton. I think we will have to come back for some more Spanish tortillas and sliced ham!
