On Tuesday September 11th, Alex and Ben attended the NIH Workshop on Critical Resources for Hepatitis B Research in Rockville, Marlyand. Alex presented a talk during the ‘Small Animals’ portion of the workshop, titled “Multi-pronged approaches for creating immunocompetent animal models for HBV infection, immunity and pathogenesis”. The meeting was an opportunity for leaders in HBV research to meet and discuss future directions in the field.
