Congratulations to Alex, Ben, and Ila, who attended the 2018 Global Hepatitis Summit in Toronto, Canada from June 14-17. Alex was invited to give a talk entitled “Humanized mice for the study of HCV and HEV infection,” Ben received a travel award to present his project “Immunological Phenotyping of HLA-restricted HBV-specific T Cell Responses in Dually Humanized Mice,” and Ila presented a poster on “A systematic analysis of the hepatitis E virus host range across evolutionary diverse species.” A thank you to the hosts for organizing a very stimulating and enjoyable meeting!
